Classified advertisements

Hyperlocal commerce
ONDC-enabled buyer services

Digital business management solutions

Venadu acts primarily as a technology platform facilitating connections between users, merchants, service providers, and delivery partners.

5. User Registration

Users may be required to create an account to access certain services.

By registering, You agree that:

Information provided is accurate and complete.
You are legally capable of entering into contracts.
You will keep login credentials confidential.
You are responsible for activities performed through Your account.

Venadu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

6. Merchant Registration

Businesses registering on Venadu must:

Provide valid business information.
Maintain accurate product and service details.
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Deliver products and services as advertised.

Venadu reserves the right to remove listings or suspend merchant accounts for violations.

7. ONDC Services

Venadu operates as an ONDC-enabled buyer platform.

Users acknowledge that:

Certain transactions may involve third-party ONDC participants.
Product availability, pricing, fulfillment, and support may depend on ONDC network participants.
Venadu does not manufacture, own, or control products sold through ONDC-connected sellers.

8. Orders and Transactions

Users are responsible for reviewing all order details before placing orders.

Venadu may cancel or refuse transactions in cases involving:

Suspected fraud
Incorrect pricing
Product unavailability
Violation of laws
Technical errors

9. Delivery Services

Delivery timelines are estimates only.

Venadu shall not be liable for delays caused by:

10. Classified Listings

Users posting classified advertisements are solely responsible for:
